Quaint and strikingly beautiful, Genora Crain-Orth's is shown here in the photo my daughter, Jincy took with her Ipod day before yesterday.

Genora's nature irrigated living roof with native plants

The roof is lightweight, actually less than 50mm soil media, irrigated only with available precipitation, dew and water vapor.

Native species were used including Yucca filamentosa and Helianthus debilis.

The bees and butterflies love the roof!
