We really must consider putting green roofs along commercial buildings to help with this.
Claire Mendoza
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08009093356731282609noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6713463780691653390.post-55677921154797696062014-01-29T12:17:33.804-08:002014-01-29T12:17:33.804-08:00Green roofing is, indeed, one of this century'...Green roofing is, indeed, one of this century's greatest innovations. It certainly helps with reducing runoff of minerals to our creeks as the plants absorb the nitrogen that comes with the rainwater. Some cultures did this long ago and still do because they did not have the resources to water purification like we do. I find it interesting that we are bringing it back to our way of life. Places like Hawaii, with the designs of roofing they have, I think could easily transition into methods of drinking water like this.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13164352964530162053noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6713463780691653390.post-31097256989146562852013-10-02T15:43:22.010-07:002013-10-02T15:43:22.010-07:00Nice photos!
